1. Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Seenfor. If you are not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange. Any return request made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Shipping Costs
At Seenfor, we offer Free Returns. We will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- How to return: Please contact us at contact@seenfor.com to request a return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label via email that you can print and attach to your parcel.
3. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. The restocking fee for all returned items is £0 (No cost).
4. Refund Process & Timeline
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed immediately. The money will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment.
- Bank Processing: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
5. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in new and unused condition, preferably in their original packaging with all tags attached.
